DIY - Denim Scalloped Shorts a la chloe!

Great DIY I found on the web, there aren't any instructions but it appears pretty damn straight forward. Seriously, all you need are a pair of scissors, some pins, a pen and bang - cute festival shorts! Update: made my own last night so will post this weekend.
