With Milan and Paris yet to come you can take this as part 1 of DIY inspirations from AW12 Streetstyle. As usual I have been scouring the streets for inspirations for my next projects - and have found plenty. If you haven't got any DIY projects on the list for this weekend (scarily I have 9 planned, not sure how that will go...) why not find some inspiration here?
These distressed Acne boyfriend jeans have inspired me to make my own - apply this tute all over
This bag couldn't be easier to make yourself - flick coloureds paint onto a clutch
Torn denim jacket? Easy peasy, cut along the shoulders then wash in the machine.
Perfectly marbled bleached jeans are easy to make yourself - simply roll jeans in a ball and tie up with rubber bands then leave in bleach for a few hours
Adore this zip necklace, easy to make by threading secondhand zips onto string
Hand sew a simple side stripe of ribbon to your trousers for this sporty look
Love this bag made out of pompoms - emulate the handle by gluing pompoms onto a leather bag strap
Use fabric paint to add a horizontal neon stripe to your knit
Make your flats fashion week ready by adding a red toe cap using spray paint
Stud your jeans down the side seam using flat round studs
Make some chain rings (like these) and attach them together with a length of draped chain using jump rings
Belt your coat with a colourful scarf
Denim chaps style jeans. Not on the top of my list but inspiration worthy none the less
