My addiction to tea has become so bad I've started wearing miniature tea cup rings to remind myself if I forget to have my eight cups a day, although the reminder is rarely needed! Up until this point I've restrained myself from pouring tea into this tiny cup and take the worlds smallest sip... Such will power!
